Kelsey is a 200 HR RYI who uses slow mindful movement yoga to build strength, increase flexibility, and turn awareness inward- each a powerful key to healing body, mind, and spirit.
Each class is an opportunity to connect with your breath- the innate source of healing we each have inside of us.
Classes are completed with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls to more fully integrate your practice and send you off feeling lighter and at ease.
These all-levels classes can be mixed up anyway that suits your schedule. Drop-Ins are welcome!
