_chair_exerciseA combination of seated and standing movements to safely work the body through all the muscle groups.

This group loves to laugh and have fun as we work on balance, coordination, and brain function!

Using light weights, weighted balls, and resistance bands, this class is designed for mature women who like movement to keep their strength and independence as they age.

We’ve got the chairs, weights, balls, and bands. Please bring your own water.

Laura Folsom has lived in Chelan since 1982. She’s a certified personal trainer, belly dancing teacher, exercise and yoga instructor, angel enthusiast, and lover of life! With full heart and enthusiasm, she also offers Angel Card readings and Sound Essence experiences. She loves working with crystal bowls, energy, and all the fun things at Spirals!

Mon, Wed, Fri   7:30 – 8:30

$7 per class or buy a 10 session punch card for $60.  Walk-ins welcome.
