Specializing in women’s fitness and loving movement, “I believe Belly Dance improves the health of the female body as well as improving the flow of energy through the body that aligns us with the “Divine Feminine” energy. The goal is to leave class feeling recharged, worked out, and empowered.
*What to wear: cmfortable stretch pants or skirt, jingles and bangles are optional. Wear anything that makes you feel beautiful. Bring water. Hip scarves ae available to use!
