  • Lori Lawrence
Lori has followed a delightful path with adventures that always reached out to others to make a difference in their lives. In her bookstore, she offered mind~body~spirit reading when it was still something new. When she opened her used-book store, she also offered healing massage. And now she shares her passion for benefits of reflexology. For her, the journey with reflexology took root during the 1970's when she was being treated by a massage therapist, who incorporated this Chinese medicine. Lori was amazed how her feet were connected to every part of her body. Her curiosity was piqued! She wanted to learn more about the body, the body connections, and how it all worked. She was first certified in massage, but found reflexology was a stronger pull. She craved more knowledge and became certified in this kind of "zone therapy". Over the years, her passion for reflexology has grown as Lori has seen the proof and experienced it. She loves that it's non-invasive, safe, and really produces benefits. Lori met BeverLi and Patti when they came to her bookstore in Wenatchee. Over coffee and a conversation, one of those joyous, natural connections was set in motion. Since then, she has watched Spirals blossom and loves that she is now part of the wonderful, healing, and empowering sessions offered by the facilitators. Reflexology with Lori

    Heart Chakra Korean Singing Bowl

Korean brassware, called Yugi is made of copper, zinc & gold.  The history of Korean brassware stems from the prehistoric bronze era.  During the Three Kingdoms period (three kingdoms ruled Korea about 11500 years ago), there was an exclusive organization in the Shilla (one of the three) government for Yugi roduction.  During the Koryo dynasty (918-1392), Yugi technology prevailed all over the country for every purpose including daily items, musical instruments & bowls for temples.  During the Chosun period (1392-1910), Yugi production was promoted by the government and become the basic tableware along with ceramic ware. There are three techniques used to produce Yugi, - casting, hammering, and half-hammering, which is a combination of the two.  In the casting process, brassware is melted, and then cast into its final shape.   In the hammering process, the melt is first cast into a simple block, and then hammered into final shapes by numerous repeating of annealing (treatment of metal by heating to a predetermined temperature, holding for a certain time, and then cooling to room temperature, done to improve ductility and reduce brittleness) and hammering.  The hammering process requires a team of blacksmiths to work together.  The hammering process creates brassware - called Pancha-Yugi that makes clear and beautiful sounds and as such are suitable to be used as musical instruments, such as the Singing Bowls. All of our Korean Singing Bowls are created by an artist who is a Korean National Treasure.  Every item that he makes - from ritual dishes to the singing bowls - are made with gold mixed with the copper and zinc, giving each of them a sustained clarity that is unmatched by other makers.  The brass-gold alloy Singing Bowls are made using the hammering process mentioned above. They are believed to start in one chakra and move to the next.  In Korea, these singing bowls are used in major Buddhist temples in ceremonies and struck to begin and end meditation. The quality and sustainability of resonance is amazing.
  • Laura met BeverLi at Bear Foods never imaging how their personal paths would merge to celebrate the journeys of everyone seeking expansion, growth, and joy.

Laura remembers walking into Spirals for the first time and falling in love with the many ways it ignited her senses. For her, it glittered.

Some years later, her journey connected to Spirals as she created Heartfelt, a fitness center, next door. The bond grew strong as each business shared their passion to empower others with compassion and support in the heart of Lake Chelan. When Laura chose to retire, the energy connection flowed in a new direction. Spirals expanded their retail store into Laura's space and she continued teaching classes. Laura felt like she'd been holding the space until Spirals grew into it.

While Spirals offers products, classes, and services that call to people beyond the valley, Laura knows how deeply personal it can feel. It was a significant part of her own self-transformation. She experienced guidance, acceptance, and celebration.

Growing up, angels were a natural, protective presence in her life. She turned to them again when it was time to heal herself. Supported by Spirals and the community, she began exploring the way energy can change your life. Laura traded struggle for going with the flow. Along the way she joined the Spirals staff. It felt like home. It was a perfect spiritual fit for her, and she was ready to grow.

A gentle spirit who loves to learn, Laura took classes so she could explore Crystal Bowl Sound Baths, Sound Essence, and Healing Touch. She now blends these energy experiences and shares them with others.

Like others who have come to Spirals for a wide variety of reasons, Laura believes it's a place that she really gets to be 'who she is'. She gets to blossom into possibilities. She feels like she lights up when someone walks through the door; her joy is being with people and passing the energy of Spirals forward. Feeling open to share her journey, she is passionate about supporting everyone's journey.

Laura now offers Angel Card readings to offer insights and encouragement. She continues offering classes she started with Heartfelt so many years ago and has a loyal following. And you can be sure that if you are interested in the many offerings of Spirals, that Laura has shared your interest. She's explored what is offered. Tried it on. Wondered and worked with it. And would love to share an adventure with you.

    BeverLi,  Crystal, Kelsey,  Laura

  • When BeverLi was 8-years-old, she dreamed of moving from Oklahoma to New York City to open a Hallmark store because she wanted to make people feel good. She'd also dreamed of being a nurse to help people feel better. Those childhood desires were set aside while achieving degrees in teaching and Institution Administration, but she recognized her love of sharing empowering information with others. Working with her husband offering vision therapy, BeverLi's passion became clear. She love blending healing and teaching. Later, this curious seeker crossed another bridge in her journey. Working in both the business and service aspects of Bear Foods, she found she had a natural talent for blending left and right brain. In the weeks following her work at Bear Foods, BeverLi found herself in a time freedom. Then one night, she was guided to make business cards. She felt willing and asked what she would put on them. The answer came: just your name and phone number. The following night, she was guided again with a list of over 100 things to put on the back of the card, including “Have spoon, will dig to China.” Each item suggested for the list felt equally ridiculous! BeverLi responded and believes it taught her the importance of listening and taking action even when logic declares it a crazy thing to do. Creating the cards opened a door. And within 3 months that door led to Spirals, a vibrant, shining space where everyone can come to feel better and get empowering information. With Spirals being a vessel, BeverLi's purpose is to be light that bridges the known with the unknown dimensions.  She sees everyone as perfect and acknowledges them as whole.  As a practitioner she has never been disappointed by the courage and willingness of her clients to move forward toward what they want and who they really are.  She has a passion for the space that has been created that draws people who have a desire to find peace, to love life and to know the Divine Within. She is excited meeting artists and delights in bringing their creations to Spirals' clientele. BeverLi's full life also includes family and travel where she finds inspiration, silence, adventure, cultural similarities and differences of expression coming from pure hearts. She loves to weave the colors of nature into her life tapestry. She enjoys participating in the full spectrum of the logical business mind, intuitive guidance and the channeling of healing energy that is incorporated into her life as the owner of Spirals. BeverLi's aspiration is to Be a pure and bright shining light that allows others to find the most joyous path for themselves in their own journeys.  She looks forward to getting to know you soon.
  • It all started sitting on a paint can. Taking a break from our project, my friend said, "You need to share this with people." We laughed when I asked what "this" was. The answer came out of one of the electric conversations when time disappears; she wanted me to share my life's journey of expanding personal possibilities.

Actually, it didn't really start in that moment. Many years earlier, I had a life-changing shift while walking in a park with a friend who pointed to the leaves on a tree and told me they were vibrating molecules of energy. His remark opened the door to my understanding that everything was intelligent, communicating energy. While the seed was planted that day, the fertile soil of looking past the usual was nurtured in rambling, wondering, exploring conversations with my mother during my teen years. My passion to find ways to use the empowering insights from the quantum field blossomed while healing from childhood sexual abuse that had been dissociated until my early forties. We often find our superpowers when we face dragons of past wounds. Along the way, family and friends contributed, encouraged, and celebrated. They shared their hearts, open minds, and fresh perceptions as I learned to translate the magic and complexities of Quantum Thinking into practical tools for change. Together we honed richly enlightening, exhilarating, deeply profound and fun ways to have conversations with the energy field. Though it was my nature to stay small, the “paint can moment” kept nudging me to expand. How could I resist when I was seeing how harnessing energy could ignite the changes people craved? Spirals offered me a place of heart to offer personal and group sessions. Writing books flowed into my desire to share the ways we can grow our lives with ease and joy. Just like you, I have unmet desires, wishes, and challenges. The difference may be that studying energy has taught me that life doesn't happen to me; I'm creating my experience. Each time I recognize something I want to change, I know I have the support, enthusiasm, and ever-expanding possibilities at Spirals to empower me. Like you, I'll be challenged to examine beliefs that keep me from moving forward. I'll have to work with my feelings and thoughts. And I'll have the products, services, and classes at Spirals to help me explore what fits me best to ignite change. Over and over, I've seen that the balloons, rainbows, and ice cream cones of life are ours to have. Energy ReadingsIgnite Your LifePersonal Energy Sessions Energy Circles

  • I am inspired by the beauty in nature, from the humming bird that visits my backyard in the morning, to the dragonflies that zoom about as I walk by the lake.  I love to combine the brilliant colors of raku with items found in nature, such as turquoise, feathers, fallen branches and crystals.  I feel so blessed to be making art for a living and to have the support of my talented team of artisans.   Thank you for the opportunity to follow my passion and work with clay and fire every day.
